You wouldn’t fucking believe ASDA Direct. Pre-ordered Battlefield 3 off them, literally just received an email from them — less than an hour to general release — telling me that they just cancelled my pre-order. Absolute joke of a service. What’s worse is that it “might take 10 days before your refund comes back to your account”. You mean you took my money before you shipped? Go look at how Amazon do it and learn some things.
I now have to either get up off my arse and into a store and buy it, or wait for a reputable company to ship it to me for Monday.
